Order Process

 
1. Browse our Products: We offer a tasteful selection of products that that can be customized to reflect your event style.

2. Build your Collection: You may choose to create a Signature Collection or pick a pre-designed collection. We offer over twenty Signature Collections including a Custom Collection. Our collection’s colors are matched to your vision. We offer a multitude of beautiful fonts, luxurious paper choices, ribbons embellishments, vellum options and more.

3. Review our Packages: Order a package for cost savings.

4. Contact Us: Please fill out the form in the contact section or email us with your list of our products that you are interested in hearing more about. Our customer service representative will review your information and will contact you. Please include any helpful comments and questions. (no money will be collected at this time)

5. Design Process: We will then begin the design process of your signature collection or signature piece. Our customer service representative may need to contact you at this initial phase to make sure our designer has the information to proceed with your vision. In three to five business days, we will send you complimentary electronic proofs via a provided email. At this point, all designs are the property of Tillie Creative Design. Rush order e-proofs will be emailed within one to two business days (there is a fee for rush e-proofs) Orders submitted after 5 PM (PST) on Friday evening can expect an e-proof the following Wednesday. The first two proofs are on us, any additional proofs will cost $10 per proof.

6. Proof Approval: Your order will not be printed until you have approved the final proof. Once you have signed off on the proof, we will ask for 50 percent down. Your order will then be printed. Before shipping, we will ask for the remaining balance to be paid.

7. Order Delivery: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Your order will soon arrive at your doorstep. When you receive your order, please carefully review your order. Please contact us immediately if you have questions or concerns.

Order Cancellations: Once your final proof approval and 50% payment has been received, refunds will not be an option. Cancellations that occur after final proof and before remaining balance is paid result in Tillie Creative Design stopping the process and the project is closed. Tillie Creative Design will not accept any extra design pieces back for refund.
