I am one of the least creative people you will ever meet. That said, it's no surprise that invitations were not at the top of my "I can't wait to do" list as I started planning my wedding. As it turns out, I had absolutely nothing to worry about! Lee Ann of Tillie Creative Designs not only designed the most breathtaking invitations, but she created an entire suite of printing that tied the theme of our wedding together beautifully. She listed to my thoughts, and embraced my ideas. No request was ever too large, and no email ever went unanswered. Wedding planning should be should be a fun, exciting experience for all brides and mine was amazing. This is in large part due to the creativity, customer service and genuine care put forth by Lee Ann and Lisa. I couldn't be more grateful! "The Sri Lanka Collection" is a collection designed from our wedding pieces.

When we started the wedding planning process, I was overwhelmed with the choices in the marketplace! I scoured the latest magazines and websites for ideas, trends and traditions. I am a traditional girl and was looking for an invitation suite that reflected a modern, classic, elegant look. Once I started with Lee Ann and Invite Maps by Tillie, everything fell into place. Lee Ann listened to my vision, reviewed my “likes” and then developed a total wedding suite of design pieces that were completely ours! From the welcome posters, to the specialty drink signs. She designed it all! Our collection included items such as water bottle labels, wine bottle labels, napkins, dessert table signs, table numbers and even cigar bands. Our guests commented how inviting and cohesive our event was. We utilized the same colors, with small, slight different details on each piece such as using our flower on some pieces and our “squiggly line flair” on others. All I can say is — it was all beautiful and elegant and exactly what I wanted. Thank you Tillie Creative Design. "The Fifth Avenue Signature Collection" is a collection designed from our wedding pieces.

Lee Ann did an excellent job for us and really catered to our needs. Our Wedding Reception was at my Grandmother's southern plantation house in Alabama with our Wedding Ceremony at a small chapel down the street. We held a Post Reception in Wisconsin at a reception hall on the Fox River that Paul's family had held many special occasions. Paul grew up along the Fox River and both the venue and the location where important to Paul. Due to the importance of the venues Lee Ann focused the art and our invitation suite on the venues by drawing beautiful drawings of my Grandmother's house, the small chapel and the reception hall on the Fox River. The drawings along with our monogram, colors and fonts became our signature style of our Wedding and Post Reception. I choose The color crimson for Alabama's Crimson Tide. Another facet of our lives that Lee Ann hinted at in our design was a hint of the stars and stripes. Paul is in the military and we wanted to somehow bring this into the look and feel of our wedding. Our monogram is flanked on both the ride and left side by stars. We will treasure our wedding invite and the other wedding artistic touches designed for our wedding by Lee Ann forever. Our Signature Style has been designed into the Signature Collection named "The Hero".
